Ours have a centralised organization in the Hq.We time to time from various units according to Division and thereby we convene meeting there suitably.
Last year 2009 we convened one meeting each at Hooghly District and Jalpaiguri District talking together Dist. Darjeeling stationed at Siliguri Sub – Division. Our aim is to organise meeting in different Districts time to time to appraise the Situations/developments of the service to the members and service officers.
